MiD Day Incites - Bloggers Vs Yellow Journalism (Updated)
Reacting to the slanderous article, which clearly attempted to defame him, without cause or concern, DNA spoke with Pavan Kaul, where he clarified simply and unpretentiously that the invitation to blog came from the owner of the same site, where Anurag was also blogging ( which Midday did not bother to check).. Apart from the fact that he had a blog of his own, created without much ado and fanfare, even previous to Anurags diary.
When mentioning the support from bloggers he has most ‘unfilmi-like’ modesty, owned up to encouraging support, when in reality the uproar from bloggers has been stupendous.Knowing others from the fraternity of films and their penchant for ‘publicity at any cost’, in a similar situation, they would have taken the opportunity to wallop things out of proportion, exaggerate unashamedly and blown their own trumpet till Kingdom come, whether it had to do with ‘hits’ on the site or ‘comments’.
You know i always speak my mind, and people have cursed me because of that.. but I will say that Pavan kaul should not have written for a barely known site like passion for cinema..especially when another person like anurag kashyap wants to hog the limelight there..and nobody has the ba*** there to even say that he may be behind this trash..i read all the comments there…somebody had written that his film black friday was produced by Mid day people..I didnt know that..very few know that..so its obvious that he has used them to get this article written..

makes sense…coz the guy from midday himself said “we hear” ..from whom? Why would it irk anyone else if the entire world is blogging???????
except one who is threatened by anothers popularity on the web..especialy from the same profession!!!!!!!
